The team’s mission is to preserve the ethos of AUNTS events, upholding an equitable, diverse and supportive space for experimentation and creation for their invited artists, as well as to produce a safe, live outdoor event for the local and artistic community.

These performances are known as AUNTS Goes Public! and will take place in the streets across Brooklyn and Queens in June, July, and September. EVENT ONE: 49th Ave between 5th St. and Vernon Blvd. ( aka in front of the Chocolate Factory Theater, LIC)

Each 3 hour encounter is a *classic* one day only AUNTS event with multiple performers, overlapping performances, multi-disciplinary, body/non-body based, time oriented, finished/experimental/unfinished/process art, a dance party and more – and all free to the public and the people!
